Our Youth Fundamentals program helps kids ages 7–13 build athletic skills, confidence, and coordination in a fun, safe setting. Each 60-minute session focuses on key elements like agility, speed, vertical jump, and strength & conditioning.


With a max of 8 athletes per group, every child gets focused coaching while enjoying engaging, progress-driven workouts that make fitness fun and rewarding.

Agility & Change of Direction (COD)

Improve quickness, footwork, balance, coordination, and overall movement control to enhance performance and prevent injury.

Speed & Vertical Jump Development

Enhance explosive power, sprint mechanics, and jump height through targeted strength, plyometric, and speed-focused training techniques.

Strength & Conditioning (S&C)

Build balanced strength, endurance, and core stability through resistance training and functional movements for total body control.
