Who I am

Hi! My name is Deonte Samuel and I am a Massage therapist, personal trainer & holistic health professional with 5 years experience and versatility in multiple training modalities.


Ex-athlete turned trainer-therapist and coach after incurring a debilitating knee injury that removed me from serious play for over 5 years. Since the injury I’ve made it my mission to invest in the education & experience necessary to prevent common non-contact injuries like the one I incurred and help people from all backgrounds get out of pain & back to doing what they love.


I’ve worked with a wide range of clients with goals varying from injury prevention, post-surgical rehab, weight loss and strength building to improved mechanics & performance.


As a licensed massage therapist and movement specialist, I’m able to combine my knowledge of the body and how it works together to efficiently implement bodywork & custom program design that improves the quality of movement for each of my clients leading them to a pain free and confident way of life!
